Cheryl is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified Research Psychologist and Psychometrist with over 25 years of experience across the full HR, psychology and organisational design value chain.
She has operated at board and executive level in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa and Australia — as the senior practitioner accountable for making the people side work, not as an outside consultant.
Her track record spans leading the people-side of a major North American acquisition to 100% staff retention, building HR functions from scratch, establishing greenfield operations in the Middle East and India, and designing a structured 30-interview leadership evaluation that transformed a 200-person engineering division.
